I am so very sorry to hear of Jack's passing. I only heard of his passing TODAY
from his son, Sean. We were good friends for a long time. Sorry, it took so long to
be aware of his passing. Please forgive me.

Mary and family,
Our love, thoughts and prayers go out to you all.
Uncle Jack holds a special place in my heart.
Like my dad, he always had a smile, a joke to make you laugh and that ray of sunshine that will now shine down on us all.

Dear family of John,
I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of "Jack". I have very fond memories of Jack during his time working at Migeon Hall group home. He always had a joke to share and a sparkle in his eye which usually meant that he was up to something. My prayers and thoughts are with all of you. Jack, my friend, you will be missed.

I HAVE KNOWN JACK SCINCE THE 1950;S GROWING UP IN TORRINGTON.WE WERE MAYBE 15 YEAR'S OLD. WE WENT INTO THE ARMY ABOUT THE SAME TIME. WE CROSSED PATH'S ONCE WHILE WE WERE IN GERMANY. ONCE WE CAME HOME WE SAW EACH OTHER... I USED TO SEE THE FOUR BROTHER'S AT SCARPELLI'S QUITE OFTEN AND WOULD SIT AND TALK WITH THEM. I USED TO PICK UP THE PYSICALLY AND MENTALY CHALLENGED ON MY BUS AND BRING THEM TO WORK AND THEN BRING THEM HOME. TO THE STATE OF CT. RETARDATION DEPT. ONE DAY WHEN I WAS DROPPING OFF JACK CAME OUT. TO UNLOAD THE BUS. A FEW MONTH'S LATER I FELL AND FRACTURED MY HIP. SO THERE WAS NO MORE DRIVING THE BUS OR GOING TO SCARPELLI'S I AM STILL WALKING WITH A WALKER. . HE WAS A GREAT PERSON. Charlie-
He had the hats that you gave to him in the nursing home with him when he past. They meant a lot to him, as did you. Thank you very much! Mary Hart
