Scott Worcester Obituary
Sandisfield- Scott C. Worcester, 67, passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2026. He was the beloved husband of Catherine “Cathy” (Derby) Worcester.
Scott was born in Farmington, ME, on September 4, 1958, son of the late Ellis and Connie (Jacques) Worcester. He enjoyed reading, fishing, and shooting pool. Scott was an avid gardener and loved taking care of his home and garden.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, Cathy, include two daughters, Kelly Thompson and Kara Halterman; three grandchildren, Issac Halterman, Kevin Thompson, and Kemaala Thompson, all of Torrington; and three sisters, Sheree Starr and Linda Piechowski, both of Winsted, and Annmarie Worcester of NC.
Services will be held Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 8:30p.m. at Gleeson-Ryan Funeral Home, 258 Prospect St., Torrington. Friends may call Wednesday evening from 7:00 to 8:30p.m.
