Roy MacBurnie Obituary

Torrington- Roy MacBurnie, 65, passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at Wolcott Hall Nursing Facility, Torrington.

Roy was born in Winsted on September 22, 1956, son of the late James and Anna Mae (Jeffers) MacBurnie, and had been an area resident for many years.

Survivors include a brother, Thomas MacBurnie and his wife, Margaret, of Winsted; three sisters, Kathy Millsted and her husband, Charles, of Cummings, GA, Noreen Tinker and her husband, Richard, of Sandisfield, MA, and Lorraine MacBurnie of Winsted; a step-son, James Parsons of Sandisfield, MA; a step-daughter, Heather Parsons of Colebrook; a step-granddaughter, Deonna Parsons; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be private. Gleeson-Ryan Funeral Home, Torrington, is in care of arrangements.
