Lorine Mabel (Anstett) Arsego

Goshen- Lorine Mabel Arsego, 90, passed away peacefully Friday, June 19, 2020 at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital, Torrington. She was the beloved wife of the late Harry E. Arsego.

          Mrs. Arsego was born in Goshen on July 23, 1929, only daughter amongst four brothers, Levi, Leon, Roger and Kenneth, of the late Frank and Bertha (Schmidt) Anstett. She was a career secretary for the Torrington school system and an avid member of the Church of Christ, Goshen. A quiet person, Lorine enjoyed her beloved cat Cali, baking, doing puzzles, crocheting, and feeding the birds.

          Survivors include a son, Bruce D. Arsego of Goshen; a daughter, Donna A. Ducci and her husband William Ducci of New Hartford; three grandchildren, Nyla Arsego, Jacqueline Ducci, John Ducci and his wife Amy; two great-grandchildren, Cody Ducci and Chloe Ducci; and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Arsego was predeceased by a daughter-in-law, Deborah Arsego.

          Services and burial in Goshen Center Cemetery, Goshen, will be private. Gleeson-Ryan Funeral Home, Torrington, is in care of arrangements.
