Diane Holmes Obituary

Torrington- Diane W. Holmes, 74, passed away Friday, May 8, 2020, at her home.

Diane was born in Winsted on January 27, 1946, daughter of the late Doris (Daigle) Menti, and had been a lifelong area resident. She was a retired bus driver, enjoyed walking, taking trips to the beach and the casino.

She is survived by her 4 children, two sons, Daryl N. Lejeune, Jr. and his wife Robin of Torrington, and David M. Lejeune and his wife Amanda of New Hartford; two daughters, Lisa M. Holmes of Waterbury and Bobby J. Tessman and her partner Rocky J. Kimbel of Watertown; a grandson, Hunter J. Kimbel; Her Aunt Shirley Kamens and husband Mel of Harwinton, her 6 sisters, Shirley Ann Bergeron of Torrington, Mary Jane Ford of Georgia, Sharon Fox of Torrington, Bonnie Cicerchia of Torrington, Patricia Abeling of Torrington and Donna Kobylenski of Torrington. Numerous brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is predeceased by a son, James J. Lejeune.

A Celebration of Diane’s Life will be held at a date and time to be announced.
