Obituary
Torrington- Daniel E. Bouchard, 52, passed away Sunday, May 8, 2022, at Waterbury Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Claudia (Saettone) Bouchard.
Daniel was born in Fort Kent, ME, on December 24, 1969, son of the late Enoil and Edwina (Michaud) Bouchard, and had been a Bristol resident for many years before moving to Torrington 2 years ago. He was employed at Connecticut Spring and Stamping Co. for the past 24 years. Daniel enjoyed watching wrestling and loved kayaking and seeing waterfalls. An outdoorsman, he was fascinated by wolves and was an avid collector of anything pertaining to them.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, include a brother, Phil Bouchard of New Brunswick, Canada; four sisters, Hilda Ouellette and her husband, Llewellyn, of St. John, ME, Irene Bonenfant and Diane Bouchard Higgins, both of Madawaska, ME, and Shirley Bonenfant and her husband, Omeril, of New Brunswick, Canada; and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be private. Gleeson-Ryan Funeral Home, 258 Prospect St., Torrington, is in care of arrangements.
