Claudia J. (Perssonatti) Wilusz

Goshen- Claudia J. Wilusz, 81, passed away Monday, August 21, 2023, at her home. She was the beloved wife of the late Donald Wilusz.

        Mrs. Wilusz was born in Torrington on August 2, 1942, daughter of the late William and Joan (Pipa) Perssonatti, and had been a lifelong area resident. She had a passion for creating things, spending much time with arts and crafting. Claudia enjoyed collecting antiques and tending to her flower gardens. She touched countless lives and will be remembered as a Mother to many, always providing for anyone who asked for help.

        Survivors include two children, William “Bill” Andrews and Danielle Wilusz of Goshen; a brother, William “Bill” Perssonatti and his wife, Susan, of Litchfield; two grandchildren, Alicia Andrews and Kai Wilusz; two great-grandchildren, Anna Barnes and Walker Lamica; a niece, Kimberly Perssonatti of Wallingford; and a nephew, Scott Perssonatti of Warren. Mrs. Wilusz was predeceased by her son, Gilbert Andrews.

        Services and burial in New St. Francis Cemetery, Torrington, will be private.
