I'm saddened to read about Gene's passing. My condolences to his family and those who loved him. And why wouldn't you love him because I did. I remember him very fondly from Torrington High School in the 1970's and with his dad at the Torrington Bowling Center. We should all have that kindness and gentleness within our hearts. Again I express my condolences and may he rest peacefully.

Mary & Lynn So sorry to hear of Gene's passing.What a great guy!! Rest easy knowing he is with his dad and hes a bright angel making everyone in heaven feel just a little more love.Till you see him again in paradise God Bless you Gene.

Mary and family.....It made me sad to read of Gene's passing. I have sooo many fond memories of him, as you know, working with him over the years. Take comfort that he is with his dad, and what good care you gave him his entire life. God Bless.

So to hear of Gene's passing. I will always remember him around the Riverside Ave. area happy and smiling and glad to see everyone. He was a real gem of a guy. Mills the old neighborhood and all the great kids that grew up there
